I didn't remember anything else. I was just...angry. I couldn't calm down.

[Shiro isn't really an angry person. Keith is, but Shiro? He feels ... like he wants to believe that something had to set it off.

It wasn't her fault.

[ As far as he's concerned, it was Shiro's own fault this had happened. Daenerys had been right when she'd told him he was reckless. Shiro being in that hospital had been a foolish thing to do in spite of all his good intentions. ]

It wasn't a disruption. I didn't have any control over myself. I couldn't have stopped myself from lashing out no matter who had been there.

What I meant was ... what you said. If it would've been me who came out of nowhere, you still would have lost it.

[ which pains him to type, but it's the truth. he doesn't know if seeing keith would have been enough motivation to control himself. for shiro, that's terrifying even as he registers the level of faith keith has in him. ]
